The Textiles for Svenskt Tenn was also uniquely developed and designed for and sold by Svenskt Tenn. The collection was inspired by Josef Frank and Estrid Ericsson.

The Result: The collection was extremely successful with most items selling out.

Project description

The architects wanted a textile where they could work freely in color. I created wall textiles in special sizes that were placed to get an intimate and restful experience for visitors and guests in the Loka salon.

The Result:

We were inspired by the colors of the surrounding nature and used materials such as ash, slate and my hand-woven textiles and it blended with the latest in audio technology and together became a whole audio visual experience.

This is another example of how we work with architects. We developed technical information and included risk assessment for fire. A sewing description would also be made where fabric, quality and material requirements and manufacturing methods would appear. Our task was also to produce cost proposals for the execution.

The Result:

The pattern on the curtain was created based on my thoughts on the bricks in the building. The fabric is made in Trevira cs and is flameproof. The industrial Fabric is made out of 6 different unique patterns that are randomly putted together by handcraft.

The client was in need of furnishing and custom textiles that relate to the architectural elements and the building. We installed our rugs, throws and cushions in 3 rooms within the house.

Result: High end look and balance to the property.
